About this course

This four-day course covers the classic Azure security engineer skill set: managing identity and access, implementing platform protection across networking and compute, running security operations with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, and securing data and applications.

Note: Microsoft retires the AZ-500 exam on 31 August 2026. This course remains available for teams completing the credential before retirement; new learners should start with SC-500, its successor.
