Cancellation Policy
Payment terms and invoicing All prices in our communication are stated excluding VAT unless this is specified. Booking of training You need to register your interest in in-person training no later than 5 working days before the planned training initiative. In exceptional cases, we may discuss alternative options - contact us for more information! Rebooking/Cancellation The course booking is considered binding when Kloudatech has received it and accepted it. Free cancellation is valid until 20 days before the scheduled delivery date. Contact us via email: info@kloudatech.com if you have any questions. In case of rebooking/cancellation later than 20 days before the scheduled delivery date, 100% of the invoiced cost must be reimbursed. In cases where assignments involve preparations that have been carried out and/or other costs such as non-cancellable travel, accommodation, food, and similar expenses, these will be charged according to agreement regardless of when the delivery is rescheduled/cancelled. In the event of illness of the planned course instructor, Kloudatech reserves the right to replace with an alternative instructor with similar area expertise in consultation with the client. Compensation beyond this will not be paid.
